The location offers a great escape from traffic, with a variety of on-site amenities. Breakfast featured numerous options, from Western to Indonesian dishes, which we appreciated. The pools were excellent, particularly for the kids, with warm water and provided floaties. Staff members, especially Mba Putri, were incredibly helpful in arranging our stay and even surprised the children with a welcome message. However, the response time for housekeeping could be improved, and the bell desk was sometimes slow to assist during peak hours.
